Gaylord Northern Squares July 14.

The demo at the Alpinefest in Gaylord went very well. We hat over two squares of dancers. Several people watching. We gave out flyers.
Classes went well.

Wylie Coyotes dance July 13

Wylie Coyotes dance went well. We had two sets. There was a little rust because of not dancing for a month. Some of our members were not back from the convention. We are planning to start new classes next September. Some dancers are coming to our cottage for a review this weekend.

Roadrunner class July 12.

Roadrunner classes were held at the Flushing Senior Center instead of the park because of the heat. I want to thank Max & Judy Cumberworth for doing the classes while we were gone to the National Convention. See everyone next week.

Weekend at the Lake

Lots of fun for our Weekend at the Lake. Campers had to work around the foundation for our new building. Thanks to Bob Townsend for cooking the meat. It was great. Thank to everyone that came to the dance Saturday. The peal the top was better last year when the ladies did it. Fellows you just are not the same. Enjoyed relaxing around the camp fireworks over the tries in Weidman. I can’t believe some of us stayed up to play cards till after 3:00 in the morning.

National Convention

We had a great trip to Portland for the convention but are glad to be back. The weather was good. Sound was better this year. We enjoyed seeing dancers from all over the US and world. Some of them we see only at the conventi9on every year.
We are looking forward to Texas next year,
